Roasted peppers in a creamy sauce, an ideal lunch, and it's so easy to prepare:
Ingredients:
7 roasted peppers
3 spoons of flour
500 ml of yogurt
2 tablespoons of cream
100g of small cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
pepper, garlic powder
olive oil
Preparation:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and heat. Chop 7 roasted red peppers and add to a pan with heated oil. Prodistante with occasional stirring. Add one teaspoon of salt, and continue stewing with occasional stirring for a few more minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well again. Simmer for a few more minutes and then pour 500ml of yogurt. Mix well and wait for it to boil. After a few minutes, add 2 spoons of cream and 100g of small cheese. Mix well to combine everything well, then add some garlic powder and pepper. Stir again and then simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lunch is ready, let it cool down a bit and then you can serve it. Have fun and enjoy!
